Couples Therapy Movement & Process Group in Denver, CO
Dance in Relationship is an experiential group using partner dance principles and movements to "feel communication" via momentum. Couples will learn to be more present with self and each other by communicating without words.
Utilizing an EFT + Somatically informed curriculum, the goal of this group is to help couples be able to communicate more clearly and equitably, with more somatic presence, mindfulness, and emotional regulation. Coordinated movement requires couples to attune to nonverbal communication and practice cooperation through physical movement.

What To Expect
Dance In Relationship is a couples group for partners who want to experience each other in new ways — beyond talking. Using movement, mindfulness, and somatic process, this group helps couples learn, shift, and reconnect in real time. You don’t need to be a dancer. This is about nervous system awareness, emotional tracking, and co-regulation — not choreography.
