I’m Bridget Weigel, LPC. I offer individual therapy for adults in Denver and across Colorado, both virtually and in person. Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or a continuation of your healing journey, you are welcome here.

Individual therapy can be a powerful tool for self-understanding and transformation. You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit. You might simply feel ready to explore:

How I Work in Individual Therapy
 

At the heart of my work is relationships. The therapeutic connection between us is the foundation for everything else we do. From there, I integrate a range of approaches to support your growth and healing:
 

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for exploring emotional patterns, behaviors, and attachment type

  • Somatic Psychotherapy to bring awareness and attunement to the body and nervous system

  • EMDR for trauma processing and anxiety reduction

  • Parts Work to support integration and self-compassion

  • Mindfulness and movement as gateways into your body's wisdom
     

I understand most struggle through the lens of how our bodies and brains respond to life’s stressors, how patterns are held in the body, and how we can create new ways of being. Therapy with me is adaptive, collaborative, and grounded in deep respect for your unique story and capacity for change.

New to Therapy? Returning to It? You’re in the Right Place.

Individual therapy is a great starting point if you’ve never done therapy before. It’s also a valuable supplement or continuation if you’re already on a therapeutic journey.   â€‹Wherever you are, we’ll begin where you are — no pressure, no judgment.

 

I’m employed with Experience Change, a quality group practice that supports my ongoing training, supervision, and connection to a trusted referral network. Working with Experience Change also allows me to accept insurance, including Kaiser, Aetna, United Healthcare, Select Health, and Medicaid.  

​

My self pay session rate is $190/session with some sliding scale spots available.

​

You’ll complete your client portal, paperwork, and billing through Experience Change to help streamline and support our work together.
