Come As You Are.
Let's Get Moving.
Therapy & Coaching for Individuals and Couples in Denver, CO and Online Across Colorado
Life has a way of calling us forward…sometimes through discomfort, sometimes through crisis, sometimes through quiet longing. Maybe you’re feeling stuck in old patterns, disconnected from your partner, overwhelmed by anxiety, or just carrying too much alone. Whatever brings you here, I want you to know this: you don’t have to stay where you are.
I’m Bridget Weigel, LPC. I offer therapy and coaching that helps you move ... closer to yourself, towards connection with others, and into a more alive, authentic version of life.

Therapy That Helps You Heal, Grow, and Move Forward
My work is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens through safe connection — with yourself, your body, your history, your partner, your truth.

I work with:
-
Individuals looking to understand anxiety, heal trauma, or reconnect to their identity, capabilities, and purpose
-
Couples navigating conflict, communication issues, or disconnection
-
Folks in or curious about non-traditional relationships (including ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, lifestyle, kink/bdsm)
-
People who are seeking not just healing, but also depth, expansion, and vitality. Move into your potential!

Using a blend of Emotionally Focused Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, EMDR, and mindfulness-based practices, I help you reconnect with your body's wisdom through your nervous system, your emotional patterns, and the parts of you that are ready to evolve.

Sessions are available in person in Denver, CO or virtually across Colorado.

This Work is Personal…For You, and For Me.
My path into therapy started long before I ever sat in a classroom.
I grew up watching my mom struggle with panic and intense anxiety. I felt the ripple effects in my body, my relationships, and my sense of self. I remember wondering, “Is this just what life is?” I knew I had so much potential inside me, but I couldn’t always access it.

Add to that a childhood shaped by life in a funeral home (yep like the movie, My Girl) and it became clear to me early on: life is short, and what matters most are the relationships we build and the meaning we make along the way.

It’s that mix of personal experience, deep curiosity, and a commitment to healing—my own and others’—that led me to become a therapist. Now, I get to sit with clients as they explore the murky waters of their own lives and relationships, and begin to reclaim something fuller, richer, and more real.
